摘要：

航运企业是全球航运市场的主要掌控者,其企业行为和航运组织深刻影响全球航运市场和航运网络的演化。近些年来,航运企业重组成为全球航运市场最为突出的事情;基于国内外研究现状的评述,本文分析了全球航运企业的合作模式与航运重组过程,并勾勒出航运企业的并购图谱;然后,深入探讨了航运重组对全球航运市场的影响,包括全球运力的企业配置和主干航线运力配置,同时构筑数理模型对基于航运联盟的全球港口体系进行刻画。最后,本文分析了全球航运重组对中国港口体系的影响。
