摘要：

急性心肌梗死(AMI)是世界上发病率和死亡率都极高的一种疾病,因此对其进行快速准确的诊断就显得尤为重要。诊断关键在于寻找有效的心肌标志物和开发快速精确的床旁检测技术。现简述AMI的病理过程和诊断标准以及用于AMI诊断的心肌标志物,介绍已开发使用的检测心肌标志物的床旁检测技术,讨论床旁检测技术与传统的实验室检测手段相比所具有的优越性,以及所面临的一些问题和挑战。
