支架内血栓形成的原因及防治

摘要：

支架内血栓形成是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗罕见但极其严重的并发症,其发病原因复杂,所有可导致血小板激活的因素都能促使它的发生,其中包括支架因素、临床因素、病变因素、介入操作因素和药物因素等。在充分应用抗血小板药物后,支架内血栓的发生率明显下降。因此,防治支架内血栓最关键的措施就是正确进行抗血小板治疗。
