<正>代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是一组代谢紊乱性疾病的总称,以中心性肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、高血压、高三酰甘油血症、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低、糖耐量下降或2型糖尿病(T2DM)等为主要表现的症候群。其中肥胖症和T2DM可能是MS的始动和中心环节,而胰岛素抵抗是MS各种代谢异常集
