客户解决方案研究述评与展望

摘要
面对激烈的市场竞争,许多企业进行了服务化转型升级,为客户提供解决方案,而国内学术界在这一领域的研究才刚刚起步。鉴于此,本文对国外相关文献进行了梳理,重点剖析了客户解决方案的概念与特征,总结了客户解决方案的前因、开发过程及影响结果,并在此基础上,对该领域的三个前沿研究主题进行了述评,指出了未来的研究方向,以期推动客户解决方案研究的深化。
