342例老年住院患者营养状况调查分析

摘要：

目的评估住院老年患者营养状况,为老年住院患者合理营养支持提供依据。方法收集2012年6月至2012年12月在第三军医大学大坪医院住院,经临床医生初筛认为有营养风险,并邀请该院营养科会诊的70岁及以上老年患者342例。采用欧洲肠外肠内营养学会(ESPEN)推荐的营养风险筛查2002(NRS 2002)标准,结合实验室检查,对入选的342例老年住院患者进行了全面营养状况评估。结果本研究中营养科会诊的70岁及以上老年住院患者的营养风险发生率为96.49%;营养不良发生率为28.79%;贫血发生率为59.24%;低血清总蛋白(TP)、低血清清蛋白(ALB)、低血清前清蛋白(PA)的发生率分别为51.40%、93.18%和85.30%。结论 70岁及以上住院患者营养风险高,发生营养不良、贫血、低血清清蛋白血症等概率均较高,临床应引起高度重视,必要时给予营养支持,改善疾病结局。
