摘要
<正>银屑病是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病。过去认为银屑病的发病主要是因为角质形成细胞增生和分化异常所致,而环孢霉素A对银屑病的成功治疗提示了免疫系统在其发病机制中的潜在作用[1]。对银屑病发病及进展过程中相关的细胞及细胞因子的研究发现,辅助性T细胞1(Th1)细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-12(IL-12)而非Th2细胞因子IL-4、IL-5或IL-10的mRNA
