摘要：

随着经济全球化的发展,OFDI已成为一种重要的经济现象,OFDI逆向技术溢出理论已成为FDI理论中最为重要的理论进展之一。发展中国家OFDI与传统的FDI发生动因最为显著不同的是追求逆向技术溢出效应,由于技术溢出本身的复杂性及难测性,这一领域的研究仍然没有定论,显得扑朔迷离。文章主要从OFDI的逆向技术溢出视角,对国内研究脉络和逆向技术溢出效应的影响因素、实现机制及实证研究技术手段比较等方面文献进行了梳理,并进行了简要的评论。
