子宫肌瘤是育龄妇女中最常见的良性肿瘤之一。相关因素众多,病理机制不明。本文重点从子宫肌瘤与性激素及其受体、细胞增殖与凋亡、信号转导、分子遗传学等方面,对子宫肌瘤相关研究进展作一综述。
