植物萜类生物合成相关酶类及其编码基因的研究进展

摘要
萜类化合物是植物界广泛存在的一种次生代谢物质,其种类繁多,不仅在植物的生命活动中扮演重要的作用,而且还被广泛的应用于工业、医药卫生等方面。萜类化合物的合成包括甲羟戊酸和丙酮酸两条途径,二者都是以异戊烯基焦磷酸为主要的代谢中间产物。萜类化合物的合成较为复杂,其过程受多种酶协调控制,根据各种酶在萜类合成不同阶段的作用,可将其分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、和Ⅲ类酶。当前人们对其研究主要是Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类酶,试图弄清其合成机理以生产更多有用的萜类化合物。本文综述了植物次生代谢物质萜类的生物合成途径,催化主要中间产物形成相关酶的研究进展,并对其研究前景作简要展望。
