大面积脑梗死具有起病急、进展快、致残率病死率高、预后差及治疗困难等特点。为进一步了解当前可能有效的治疗措施,促进大面积脑梗死患者预后的改善,为临床提供可参考的研究证据。本文综述了与大面积脑梗死临床处理相关的研究进展。
