新型国产BuMA支架在急性冠脉综合征的应用研究

摘要：

目的比较国产BuMA支架和进口XienceⅤ支架在急性冠脉综合征应用的有效性和安全性。方法将116例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为BuMA支架组和XienceⅤ支架组,每组58例,平均随访9个月,观察冠状动脉造影情况和主要心血管事件发生率。结果 BuMA支架组再发心绞痛、非致死性心肌梗死、再次血运重建、支架血栓和再狭窄的发生率分别为5.2%、1.7%、3.4%、2.2%和6.7%,而在XienceⅤ支架组分别为6.9%、1.7%、3.4%、2.4%和7.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均无死亡病例。结论与进口XienceⅤ支架相似,国产BuMA支架在急性冠脉综合征患者中的应用是安全、有效的。
