摘要：

激素替代疗法(HRT)是近年在女性生殖健康和预防医学领域取得的重要进展,用以维持和改善绝经过渡期及绝经后妇女的健康状况和生活质量。但存在的一些问题影响其持续应用。综述 HRT 对全身各器官系统的作用、HRT 中断的问题及处理的研究进展。
