摘要：

在调研和回顾国内外有关OPAC用户研究的基础上,归纳提出OPAC用户研究的理论框架;并且,从用户检索行为与检索策略、检索失败与用户满意度、以及相关影响因素等方面分析相关研究工作和研究进展;最后,从研究问题和内容、研究对象、研究方法以及国内外研究差异等角度进行总结,并展望下一步研究方向。
