创伤后应激障碍是指个体遭受强烈的威胁性、灾难性心理创伤,导致延迟出现和长期持续出现的精神障碍。5.12地震后国家投入大量的资金重建灾区,"心理重建"被广泛关注。该文希望通过详细介绍影响创伤后应激障碍症状存在与发展的5个心理预测因素:焦虑敏感、归因方式、应对方式、人格特征、领悟社会支持,有助于心理援助工作更加卓有成效开展。
