科学教师教学能力结构模型建构——基于德尔菲专家咨询法的调查分析

摘要
科学教师教学能力是提高科学教学质量和促进科学教育发展的核心能力,是一种系统的、动态的、有机整合的能力。科学教师教学能力结构模型的建构以基本的知识和技能作为基底,以情境创设能力、提问解释能力、探究教学能力、合作论证能力、评价总结能力、迁移应用能力为砥柱,以实现科学教学目标、实施科学教学内容为准绳,达到科学教学和学习的完整统一。模型遵循系统理论、教学过程理论和学生学习理论的要求,以培养学生的科学思维、科学态度、科学素养等为最高目标。
