深圳经济区城市腹地划分与演变研究

摘要
在深圳市特区一体化背景下,运用主成分分析法测算城市综合影响力指数。考虑了道路类型及地形阻抗,在GIS软件支持下,利用Huff模型,进行基于时间可达性的深圳经济特区城市腹地划分及演变分析,并提出了相应的城市空间发展策略。结果表明,场强最大等值线与10 min OD时间成本等值线基本重合;城市腹地与行政区域不存在显著的空间相关性;城市综合影响力的绝对优势及交通环境的改善,使得大鹏新区大部分区域成为罗湖区在深圳东海岸的腹地孤岛;特区一体化背景对深圳市中心区城市腹地变化影响显著,原特区的罗湖、福田和南山的城市腹地已形成相对稳定态势,但随着特区一体化推进,原特区外的宝安和龙岗两区逐步削弱了南山区、盐田区、罗湖区的腹地范围。
