摘要：

<正>进行性核上性麻痹(progressive supranuclear palsy,PSP)又称Steele-Richardson-Olszewski综合征,是一种临床少见的中枢神经系统变性疾病。目前PSP的生前诊断仍缺乏客观的生物学检测指标,而临床诊断主要依靠其症状体征,包括姿势不稳、轴性肌张力障碍、垂直性核上性眼肌麻痹、假性球麻痹、痴呆等。但PSP的临床表现变异较大,早期极易被误诊和误治。PSP患者从症状首发到获得正确诊断平均需要
