美国社会工作教学模式及其对我国的启示

摘要
美国社会工作教育协会2008年制定了《教育政策与认证标准》,它阐述了美国社会工作专业教学的"整合性课程设计"模式。该模式包括"规划任务和目标、显性课程、隐性课程、评估"四个部分。"整合性课程设计"模式的提出有效指引了21世纪初美国社会工作专业教学研究的发展,这主要体现在四个方面:渗透性的专业伦理教学、能力为本的显性课程设置、隐性课程的显性化以及评估的重要性及其与教学方法创新的结合。美国的"整合性课程设计"模式值得我国社会工作专业教学的批判性借鉴。
