摘要：

本综述介绍了由溃疡性结肠炎癌变成结直肠癌的病因、危险因素以及其区别于散在性结直肠癌的发病机制,提出了应对于溃疡性结肠炎相关性结直肠癌进行非传统内镜的检测以及COX-2抑制剂和IL-21抑制剂等新药物治疗该病的新思路。
