<正>动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是由单核/淋巴细胞黏附并激活内皮细胞(EC)而开启的由多种原因导致的疾病〔1〕,是冠状动脉疾病、周围动脉疾病、脑梗死等血管性疾病的病理基础。不同细胞因子发挥生物学功能均是通过与细胞膜表面受体相互作用,经过跨膜信号转导活化细胞内的相关信号通路,最终促进靶基因的表达。介导细胞因子生物学活性的信号
