基于血清胱抑素C水平评估肾小球滤过率的研究进展

摘要
临床常用肾小球滤过率(GFR)评价肾小球滤过功能,菊糖清除率为公认的GFR金标准,但因其繁琐和潜在危险,多限于研究使用;血清(浆)内生肌酐清除率因影响因素多,致过高评估GFR功能。胱抑素C(Cys C)因不受身长、体质量、性别、年龄、种族和肌肉量的影响,被美国食品药品管理局推荐并广泛接受为新的GFR评价指标,基于Cys C的GFR评价公式应运而生。本文综述GFR检测的历史过程和研究进展。
