伏马菌素对中药材的污染及其防治技术体系的研究

摘要
伏马菌素是由串珠镰刀菌产生的一类水溶性真菌毒素。基于伏马菌素对粮食、饲料以及中药材存在的危害性,介绍了伏马菌素的生物合成、毒性及其测定方法,初步提出了伏马菌素的防治技术体系,从而为建立中药安全性的系统性评价体系提供理论指导,并为深入研究防治产毒素微生物对药用植物以及中药材的侵染具有重要的实践指导意义。
