摘要
氨基糖苷类药物是一个种类丰富的抗生素类别,因其能防治某些动物性疾病且能促进动物的生长发育,在养殖业中应用广泛。但长期高剂量使用该类药物,会因其降解困难对环境造成危害,并且可通过食物链传递给人。该类药物能够在人体内蓄积,从而产生耳毒性、肾毒性等危害。因此,检测食物中氨基糖苷类药物的残留十分必要。对氨基糖苷类药物的危害及其检测方法进行综述,并对其未来发展方向进行展望。
