<正>急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是一种常见病。AKI多继发于严重感染、大手术或休克,也有少部分继发于肾毒性药物。仅有30%的AKI患者具有基础肾脏病。早期发现、早期治疗可逆转AKI,但早期诊断难度较大。当常用的肾功能指标如尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)明显升高时,AKI已进展至晚期。近年来早期诊断AKI的新型生物标记物研究较多,本文将就新型生物标记物做一综述。
