摘要：

<正>结节病的诊断方法虽比较明确,但现实中该病的诊断仍存在较大的困难。看似特征性的临床表现在诊断中并无特殊性,缺乏特异手段,需综合判断后,方可作出接近于理论上的结节病诊断。本文就结节病诊断做一回顾,并对其研究进展做一综述。1定义及诊断标准在美国胸科学会(ATS)与欧洲呼吸学会(ERS)结节病共识中,其定义包含了下列要点:①原因不明;②多系统受累,尤以肺、眼、皮肤受损居多;③青年及中年发病;④病理为非干酪性上皮样肉芽肿,排除其他已知原因;⑤免疫特点:皮肤迟发型过敏反应
