情感共同体与协同行动：香港“修例风波”中虚假信息的动员机制

随着计算宣传的大规模应用,虚假信息运动顺应"后真相"政治的逻辑在全球频繁出现。有组织的虚假信息运动在海外社交平台上频繁运作,中国往往成为攻击的目标对象。以2019年香港爆发的"修例风波"为例,依据Google Fact Check Explore项目核查过的"修例风波"中的虚假信息,抓取推特平台上相关的传播数据,通过内容分析、情感分析与时间序列分析,探讨国际涉华虚假信息运动的传播机制,可发现:在香港"修例风波"中,虚假信息传播成为情感动员的关键策略;虚假信息的传播主体形成国际化传播矩阵,他们大规模制造并传播各种虚假信息,以唤起的共同情感体验为基础,以虚假信息的传播行为为表征,建构并不断拓展"同盟",形成了一种更具可见性、即时性和国际性的情感共同体。然后又在此基础上通过相应情感的广泛传播导向不同的运动"目标"认知,从而促使示威者采取不同类型的行动;这种情感动员机制表明,事实的"大而不可知"加剧了确认偏误,为虚假信息的传播提供了更多空间;虚假信息中所蕴含的强烈情感促使示威者完成了对共同体的想象,而不同的情感类型又为不同的行动类型提供了动力支持。
