摘要
甲氨蝶呤(MTX)是一种叶酸拮抗剂,最开始用于治疗肿瘤。过去的二十余年里,低剂量的甲氨蝶呤作为一线改善病情抗风湿药,是治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的基石药。相比近年来出现的各种生物制剂,MTX价格低廉、服用方便、不良反应少,仍被广泛用于治疗RA及其他自身免疫性疾病。2015年美国风湿病学会关于RA的治疗指南中,MTX仍是单用或者联用其他改善病情抗风湿药的首选药物。但其作用于RA的机制尚不明确,现就近年来国内外关于其作用机制的研究进展进行综述。
