区域经济一体化协定、异质企业与跨国公司内生边界——基于“中国—东盟”自贸区背景的研究

摘要：

现代跨国公司整合具有比较优势的国际资源进行全球化生产。跨国公司的生产战略已成为沿着产品价值链进行所有权最优配置的过程。文章以美国、欧盟与中国-东盟自由贸易区之间的直接投资与贸易行为为引申,借用Antras和Helpman异质跨国公司生产决策模型,在Maggie、Antras和Foley的北国与东-南型自贸区框架中引入"外包"行为,结合不完全契约和Montout和Zitouna提出的驱逐效应,在同一框架下,兼顾投资创造与转移、贸易创造与转移,在三国可变成本的四种差异水平下,从异质企业的微观视角,讨论跨国公司最优生产模式和区位决策。
