互补关系强度与企业创新获利策略匹配影响合作创新绩效——基于医药行业的探索性多案例研究

摘要
基于5组医药制造型企业进行案例研究,探索互补关系强度与企业的创新获利策略匹配影响合作创新绩效的内在机理。通过案例内发掘和案例间比较分析,深入刻画互补关系强度与合作创新绩效,提出并定义企业的创新获利策略为激励型、保健型、混合型三类;发现强互补关系通常与激励型和混合型创新获利策略匹配,弱互补关系多与保健型创新获利策略匹配;不同的匹配关系显著影响合作创新绩效,且有着各自的作用路径。研究深化了社会网络理论的"关系—绩效"分析,充实了"PFI"框架的背景内涵,对开放与合作情境下的企业创新决策和策略实施具有重要启示。
