摘要
高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MSn)是一种高灵敏和高选择性定量分析方法,然而进行HPLC-MSn分析时基质效应会影响分析方法的特异性、精密度和准确度。本文结合国内外文献,对分析过程中基质效应产生原因,评价基质效应的方法以及如何降低或消除基质效应进行了综述。
