重症急性胰腺炎诊疗研究进展

摘要：

急性胰腺炎大多数为轻型病程,20%发展为重症急性胰腺炎,病情凶险,病死率高,因而早期对急性胰腺炎进行评估,识别重症急性胰腺炎患者并给予早期积极治疗至关重要。BISAP评分是近年出现的简便易行的评分。C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、降钙素原等实验室标志物也可用于预测重症急性胰腺炎的发生。在治疗方面,早期液体复苏至关重要,肠内营养优于肠外营养,预防性应用抗生素及益生菌无明显益处。
