LED路灯散热器散热性能的数值模拟

摘要
提高LED散热性能是提高LED可靠性的关键技术之一。利用数值模拟的方法对大功率LED路灯散热器进行散热性能的研究。运用Ansys Icepak软件研究了LED散热器的翅片高度、厚度、间距对LED结温的影响,结合金属热强度指标对各几何参数进优化。优化后的LED散热器翅片的质量减少39.76%,而LED的结温为61.33℃,仍然在正常工作温度范围内。
