摘要：

酒精性肝病是影响人们健康的常见肝病之一。积极预防、合理治疗可以有效地控制病情进展。过量酒精摄入是导致人体疾患的主要原因,重症酒精性肝病的治疗为该病治疗的重点和热点。Child-Pugh分级、Maddrey判别函数、MELD模型、GAHS评分、年龄-胆红素-INR-肌酐(ABIC)评分及Lille评分可较好地预测预后,评判疗效。肝移植仍为终末期酒精性肝病的主要治疗手段。
