摘要：

<正>疼痛是ICU患者的常见问题之一,大部分患者在ICU期间经历了中到重度疼痛[1]。研究发现,常规的医疗护理操作均会给ICU患者带来疼痛感受[2-6]。疼痛及其应激反应会给机体带来伤害,处理不及时还会给ICU患者带来持续的生理、心理层面的负面影响[1]。因此应该给予足够的关注来发现和治疗ICU患者的疼痛,准确评估是疼痛管理的第一步[1]。患者
