乙型肝炎病毒相关2型糖尿病及其发病机制

摘要：

乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染与2型糖尿病(tyep 2 diabetes mellitus,2-DM)密切相关,成人慢性乙型肝炎患者2-DM发病率明显高于普通人群,慢性HBV感染与2-DM相互促进,HBV相关2-DM发病机制以糖代谢异常和胰岛素抵抗为主要基础,但确切机制尚不明确。烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)在2-DM的发病过程中起重要作用,烟酰胺单核苷酸腺苷酰转移酶2(NMNAT2)是催化其合成的最主要酶之一。HBV对NMNAT2及其介导的NAD影响可能是HBV致2-DM的一个重要发病机制。另外,NAD相关酶及蛋白质也可能在糖尿病的发病机制中起重要作用。
