<正>脑卒中后上肢的功能障碍严重影响着患者的日常生活活动能力和自信心,而目前的康复治疗主要是针对发病后的前3个月,随后患者往往会用健肢代偿来完成日常活动。尽管这种代偿可使他们在某些程度上获得独立,但是完全依赖于健侧
