摘要
:
针对去软组织人骨有限元分析三维重建、体单元划分、赋予材料属性及实施分析等最基本步骤进行综述,并对目前颇为关注的骨折预测及骨强度有限元分析展开阐述。主要阐明了三维重建是有限元造模的关键;体单元划分实现从无限到有限的转变;将材料属性十等分是较为合理的赋值方法;目前仍无骨折预测标准化的算法;骨密度-骨强度-骨折预测的统一分析是当前去软组织骨骼有限元分析亟待解决的课题。
