摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)与肥胖两者相互影响,超重或肥胖增加PCOS患者不孕、流产、并发2型糖尿病等相关并发症的风险。采取精准的医学体重管理对改善PCOS患者的孕前病情十分重要。体重管理手段主要涉及生活方式干预、药物治疗及必要时的手术治疗。
