<正>随着人口老龄化的程度不断加深,研究表明到2030年全球将有4.39亿人患糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)[1]。因此,阐明DM的治病机制及探索有效预防和治疗DM的措施刻不容缓。NISHIKAWA等[2]首先发现,通过使细胞中线粒体产的过氧化物含量正常化可以预防3个代谢通路所引起的高血糖损伤,它们均被认为是与DM发生有密切联系的,包括高血糖诱导的蛋白激酶C活化通路、糖基化末端产物的
