摘要：

梳理了国外文献对新企业死亡率高问题的几种解释分析,比较了种群生态理论、制度理论以及资源依赖理论在新企业死亡率解释上的区别,提出了三种理论围绕合法化成长整合的趋势。最后提出了新企业合法化成长研究的未来方向。
