<正>原发性进行性失语(primary progressive aphasia,PPA)是由中枢神经系统变性疾病导致的一组综合征,其临床特征为语言功能呈慢性进行性损害,而其他认知功能在早期相对保留。早期相关研究多将PPA划分为流利型和非流利型,但随后多有文献报道部分PPA患者的语言特征不能简单地以是否流利来划分,Gorno-Tempini等最早对PPA的第3个亚型进行了详细的描述,并将其命名为logopenic型进行性失
