老龄化负担、子女抚养负担与家庭人力资本投资

摘要：

本文基于家庭养老和社会养老相结合的养老模式,建立世代交叠模型,纳入利己和利他动机,从理论模型上探究中国老龄化负担、子女抚养负担对家庭人力资本的影响,并选取2010—2016年中国家庭动态跟踪调查(CFPS)数据,采用Tobit计量模型进行实证分析。研究发现:老龄化负担和子女抚养负担均对家庭人力资本投资有挤出作用,子女抚养负担的负向影响更大,且家庭存在子女数量和质量选择;老龄化负担和子女抚养负担对农村家庭的挤出作用更显著,对西部地区和低收入阶层家庭的人力资本投资均有负面影响;家庭中存在的性别偏好会挤压家庭对女性的人力资本投资;缩小城乡、地区之间收入差距对促进家庭人力资本投资有重要意义。
