摘要：

C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)是体内最常见的急性时相反应蛋白,作为一种炎性标志物已被确认是糖尿病心血管事件的独立预测因子,其升高与糖尿病心血管事件密切相关。超敏C-反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)较标准CRP对糖尿病及其心血管并发症的危险性分析更为敏感,hs-CRP已经被多项前瞻性研究证实是未来发生心血管事件的强烈预测指标。笔者就CRP,hs-CRP与糖尿病及其心血管疾病的关系予以综述。
