三峡水库生态防护带建设的初步探讨

摘要：

三峡水库运行后,消落区的生态屏障功能被大大削弱或丧失,在消落区及其以上临近区域构建生态防护带可以有效削减库区农业面源污染,降低水土流失程度,有利于三峡水库的水环境安全和可持续利用。针对三峡水库的水位节律变化特点,依据国内外河岸植被缓冲带的研究成果与管理经验,探讨了三峡水库生态防护带的定义、功能定位和宽度估算方法,并提出了三峡水库生态防护带建设的总体思路。
