增值评价在美国教师评价中的运用和发展

摘要
在教师效能评价中,增值评价法产生的偏误和不稳定性的弊端已经引起了较多学者的关注,美国教师评价模式的发展趋势已经由单一的增值法转变为包括教师课堂观察法在内的多重方法并行。本文首先讨论了增值法评价教师的优缺点,然后介绍了以教师课堂观察为基础的对教师效能评价方式的改进,其中以弗吉尼亚大学开发的课堂评估评分系统(简称CLASS)为例具体介绍课堂观察评估法的运用,最后总结出对我国教师评价方式改革的启示。
