不同月龄、性别、分娩方式对婴儿肠道菌群差异性分析

摘要
目的探讨不同因素(月龄、性别、分娩方式)对婴幼儿肠道菌群初期构建(前1000d)的影响,为婴幼儿科学喂养提供依据。方法采集陕西地区健康婴幼儿36份粪便样本,利用高通量测序技术进行16Sr DNA测序检测,分析主要菌群差异性。结果 (1)随着月龄增加,菌群丰度增加,0~6月龄组婴儿肠道菌群中门水平Actinobacteria和Firmicutes相对丰度之和均大于82%,0~6、6~12月龄组在门水平相对丰度最高的均是Actinobacteria,对应的丰度分别为56.58%、59.00%,无显著性差异,而12~36月龄组中相对丰度最高的是Firmicutes,占60.66%;(2)相同性别、不同分娩方式的婴幼儿在0~6、6~12月龄组中菌群构成在门水平上无差异,而在12~36月龄组存在显著差异,女性幼儿肠道菌群在门水平上存在显著性差异的菌群是拟杆菌门,且其在顺产组丰度显著高于剖腹产组;(3)性别对0~6、6~12月龄组婴幼儿肠道菌群影响不明显,但对12~36月龄组有显著影响,代表菌群是拟杆菌门,且在女婴组丰度显著高于男婴组。结论受试婴儿在属水平上已显示出丰富的菌群多样性,不同月龄对婴幼儿肠道菌群初期构建影响明显,在0~6、6~12月龄组中分娩方式、性别因素对婴幼儿肠道菌群构建影响不明显。[营养学报,2019,41(4):352-357,362]
