<正>骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是以关节软骨退行性变和继发性骨质增生为特征的慢性关节疾病。该病累及关节软骨或整个关节,包括软骨下骨、关节囊、滑膜,其主要病理表现为关节软骨变形破坏、软骨下骨硬化或囊性变、关节边缘骨质增生等。一般认为OA的病理变化是多种因素相互作用和影响所造成的最终结果。随着研究的深入,OA的分子生物
