团队创造力如何促进组织绩效?——基于组织创新的中介效应检验

摘要
在外部环境日益复杂、市场竞争不断加剧的情境下,创造力对企业的重要性日益凸显。然而,团队创造力与组织绩效的关系存在复杂的作用机理,团队创造力产生的新颖有用的想法只有被组织加以应用并付诸实践才能有效。本文从团队创造力人手,引入组织创新作为中介变量,通过大样本实证研究团队创造力、组织创新与组织绩效的内在联系,在一定程度上厘清了团队创造力到组织绩效的复杂作用机理。研究发现:(1)团队创造力对组织绩效有积极影响;(2)组织创新的两个维度对组织绩效均有正向影响,但二者的交互对其影响并不显著;(3)团队创造力的水平越高,越能够促进组织创新行为的增加;(4)组织创新在团队创造力和组织绩效之间发挥完全中介作用。
