摘要：

CTL对靶细胞产生细胞毒作用有两条彼此独立的途径，即穿孔蛋白途径和依赖Fas抗原分子介导的细胞凋亡（PCD）途径。CD8＋CTL主要以穿孔蛋白途径，同时Fas分子介导的PCD途径亦起作用；CD4＋CTL以哪条途径为主尚有争论；rδCTL主要以穿孔蛋白途径为主发挥作用。
